Your Visage watch is warranted to you the owner, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase, against all defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelets. Any implied warranties are also limited to three years from date of original purchase. In the event of a defect or malfunction within this period, your watch will be repaired or replaced at our option, provided that it is returned prepaid with a Check or Money Order for $10.00 (made out to Visage Watches) to cover the cost of handling and return postage. (this is not a repair charge)

Please include the completed warranty repair coupon and state your full name, address, date of purchase, retailer purchased from, current date and signature and also write a short note explaining the problem with the watch. Please note your warranty is not valid without proof of purchase.

This shall be your exclusive remedy and Visage Watches shall not be liable for any incidental, economic or consequential damages arising from the failure or malfunction of this watch. While this warranty gives you specific legal rights, any other rights may differ from state to state. Any other warranties given by your retailer is entirely his responsibility and the terms of this warranty cannot be changed by any person.

VISAGE WATCHES

Your Montres de Fleur and Votre watch is warranted to you the owner, for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase, against all defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelets. Any implied warranties are also limited to 6 months from date of original purchase. In the event of a defect or malfunction within this period, your watch will be repaired or replaced at our option, (in case we are unable to repair and that particular style is not available we will replace with a new similar style) provided that it is returned prepaid with a Check or Money Order for $10.00 (made out to MdF Watches) to cover the cost of handling and return postage. (this is not a repair charge)
